L'Casa Is Published! (Sort Of.)

Over the summer, this little blog was featured in a list of the 20 Top Renovation Blogs by a British website, ukoadoors.co.uk. We're listed up there with some pretty heavy hitters in the home reno/DIY world, so I was pretty flattered at the time, but didn't think too terribly much on it because there are always about a billion things going on in the summers at L'Casa.

Fast forward to last month, when one of the authors of that site, Amy, contacted me.

She wanted to know if I'd like to provide a quote for her upcoming ebook on DIY home renovation projects.

Well, consider me chuffed. (Sorry I stayed up super late catching up on Downton Abbey last night while simultaneously fighting with my phone doing a soft brick thing, I can't right now.)

She specifically asked me to talk about how to use colorful paint in the home, which, well, yes okay I'm probably the person you would want to reassure you about that, if you like that kind of thing.

So I shot her a quote or two and hoped to hear about the ebook when it was released.

I'm sure you can see where this is going.
You can just click that big old ebook cover right there and it'll take you to the site where you can download the epub file. A word -- you'll need an ereader of some kind to read that file, though a quick Google has illustrated that there are browser extensions for Safari and Chrome that will make it work on a computer. I'm also trying to get my virtual mitts on a PDF copy, so stay tuned.

I'm Miss September, if you're curious.

Now the next time you'll hear from me, I'll be turning 30, so ... yeah.

Pour one out for a semi-misspent youth.

Or just hand it to me and I'll drink it.

Your choice.

  1. Thank you for writing such a lovely post Tabatha! And of course for writing the quote; it was great to have you involved :)
